About the Founders
In the heart of the culinary world, Vitartha Enterprises LLP brings you Simply Punjab, a brainchild of two passionate food connoisseurs, S.M. Shishir and S.M. Spurthi. Although their academic backgrounds in engineering and chartered accountancy may not have been directly related to the culinary arts, their love for food and exploration of diverse flavors led them to create a unique dining experience.
The duo's extensive travels throughout South India, including Bengaluru, Kadapa, and Chennai, exposed them to a rich tapestry of native dishes and cooking techniques. These influences have been carefully woven into the recipes at Infinity Kitchen, showcasing the best of regional specialties.

At Simply Punjab, the focus is on serving genuine Punjabi delicacies, crafted by skilled chefs from Uttarakhand. The menu boasts an array of signature dishes, including the iconic Dal Makhni, rich Paneer Butter Masala, and crispy Amritsari Kulcha. S.M. Shishir: S.M. Shishir is an engineer by profession and has over a decade of experience in managing food courts across Andhra Pradesh's medical and engineering colleges. His passion for food and exploration of diverse flavors led him to join forces with S.M. Spurthi.
S.M. Spurthi: S.M. Spurthi is a chartered accountant by profession and has a set of skills that complement S.M. Shishir's technical expertise. She brought her own set of skills to the table and together, they created Simply Punjab.
